Emma was formerly Group Marketing Director and Client Development Director at online fieldwork specialists, Research Now. Here, she advised clients on the implementation of online research and built the marketing department to service over 17 offices worldwide. Prior to that, Emma was a Research Director at Synovate Healthcare, conducting a range of ad hoc research programmes for the healthcare industry, and heading up the Omnibus and Conference Research teams.
At Verve, Emma’s role is develop online community and panel propositions, blending technology, online and research know-how to enable clients to get the most out of their contact with customers.
Emma has a BA degree in History from the University of Cambridge.
